CARACOL INTERNACIONAL VIAJES Y TURISMO, Incoming Tourism Wholesale Operator with vast experience in the IGUAZÚ DESTINATION, has been working on the implementation of QUALITY Management programs for several years. The organization has achieved the certification of the distinctive “Club of Excellence” (Year 2007), “SIGO Program” (Year 2008), “IRAM SECTUR Standard 42910 Intermediary Companies for Tourism Services” (Year 2013) and “Environmental Management Guidelines ” (Year 2014). Through the guidelines established by the Company’s Management and the commitment of all the Organization’s collaborators, we have drawn the foundations of a strong policy focused on “SUSTAINABLE TOURISM”, which guides us to provide quality tourism services for meet today’s demands, while working to preserve resources for future generations.
In this way, we joined the work carried out by the Ministry of Tourism of the Nation, incorporating a series of tools that are already established in our daily work: they range from the initial work of internal awareness in all sectors of the Company, to the execution of concrete actions, to finally transmit this awareness of environmental care to passengers and tourists who visit us.
