EVERYONE WHO WISHES TO LEAVE THE COUNTRY MUST PRESENT THE FOLLOWING VALID TRAVEL DOCUMENTS TO CARRY OUT THE MIGRATORY PROCEDURES:

Argentines destined for member or associate countries of MERCOSUR: (Uruguay, Paraguay, Brazil, Chile, Bolivia, Ecuador, Venezuela, Colombia, Peru)
Valid travel documents
You must present one of the following documents:
National identity document (*).
· Passport.
· MERCOSUR Identity Card issued by the Federal Police (valid use until its respective expiration).
· Provincial Identity Card, issued by the Provincial Governments (for Bolivia, Chile and Foz do Iguaçú (according to the Agreement on Tourism Facilitation).
(*)Observations:
Whatever document you present, it must be in good condition.
Both adults and minors may not travel with the proof of the DNI or Identity Cards already expired.

Note: The Identity Card issued by the Argentine Federal Police, the Enrollment Book, Civic Book and the Provincial Identity Card issued by the Provincial Governments, are only valid to visit the Iguazu – Foz do Iguazú Tourist Corridor, according to the Facilitation Agreement Turística, Brasilia, 11/18/09, which entered into force on 12/18/09.
*Observations:
a) Whatever document you present, it must be in good condition and identify its owner.
b) As of November 12, 2012, under the terms of Law No. 26,774, the age required to carry out the adult update process was modified, and must be carried out after the citizen’s 14 years of age.
Note:
As an extraordinary measure and for a term of one year from the entry into force of the aforementioned law, the update of major may be made from the age of 14 until the day the citizen reaches 17 years of age, without fines or penalties.
After this transition period, the update must be carried out from the age of 14 until the day the citizen turns 15 years of age.
The current requirements and instructions for the adult update procedures are maintained, the minor being able to attend alone, without the need to be accompanied by one of their parents to carry out this procedure.
c) Both adults and minors may not travel with proof of the DNI or Passport Update process.
d) Neither will all those who possess Identity Cards issued by the Argentine Federal Police may leave the National Territory.

Entry and exit requirements to / from the national territory
ENTRANCE TO THE COUNTRY:
You must present yourself with the valid travel document and in case of entering by airport, you have to remember the flight number where you arrived. In addition, if you enter as a tourist, you must declare the address where you are going to stay.
LEAVE THE COUNTRY:
You have to present yourself with the valid travel document and if you do it at the airport, you must accompany it with the boarding pass. In case of having entered as a tourist, you must present at your departure the proof of entry with the corresponding stamp (if you used the Passport, it is enough to have the stamp on it).

Procedure to leave the country with minors under 18 years of age
-If the minor travels with both parents, it will be enough for them to prove the relationship by means of a Civil Family Book or Birth Certificate or Birth Certificate (regardless of the date of issue) or ID of the minor, where the parental information is recorded .
-If the minor travels only with one of his / her parents, in addition to proving the parental relationship with any of the aforementioned documents, the authorization of the absent father / mother must be attached.
-If the minor is traveling alone, he or she must present an authorization signed by both parents accompanied by some document that proves the link (Civil Family Book or Birth Certificate or Birth Certificate or ID where the parents’ filiatory data are recorded).
-If you are the child of minors, you will need the authorization of the parents and the permission of one of your grandparents.
Observations: all this documentation must be presented in original or duly legalized or certified copies.
MINOR AUTHORIZATION:
Authorizations can be granted by: Authorizations can be granted by: notaries, Argentine consuls abroad, competent judges, authorities from the Registry of Civil Status and Capacity of Persons, foreign consuls in Argentina and justices of the peace.
Single validity authorization: Migrations has an emergency service for the granting of the authorization that is valid for a single trip and must be used within 30 days of its issuance. It can be processed at all delegations, immigration offices, at the border crossing where you intend to graduate, at the Ezeiza Airport, Aeroparque and the Port of Buenos Aires.
